Westside Revival and Installation Ceremony
Westside will host a Revival and Installation Ceremony September 6-9, 2026. Guest Minister Alvin Daniels Jr. of HOPE Church of Christ will preach during the revival, with Dr. Ammar Saheli of West Oakland Church of Christ serving as guest host for the minister installation ceremony for Carlos Jackson.
Crusade for Christ 2027: Oakland
Registration and hotel reservations are open for Crusade for Christ 2027. The week will bring congregations together for worship, fellowship, evangelism, outreach, and encouragement.
Ladies' Bible Class
Westside ladies are invited to gather each Monday evening for Bible study, fellowship, and encouragement.
Men's Fellowship
Westside men are invited to come together each Saturday for fellowship, Bible study, and encouragement.
Sunday Bible Study
Join Westside for Sunday morning Bible study before worship.
Sunday Worship
Sunday worship begins at 11:00 AM and is available in person, on YouTube Live, and through the Sunday Zoom room.

The Acts of the Apostles and Acts of the Spirit
Westside's Bible classes and sermons are studying the Book of Acts, with special attention to the work of the Holy Spirit throughout the book.
Class Preparation
- Read and re-read the assigned passage from Acts.
- Study and investigate the people, places, and events in the passage.
- Meditate on the message and its application to the church today.
- Notice what the passage reveals about the work of the Holy Spirit.
Questions for Each Lesson
- What does this passage teach about Jesus and the gospel?
- How is the Holy Spirit working?
- How do the believers respond in faith, prayer, witness, and service?
- What can Westside learn and practice from this passage?
Current Study
Book of Acts
From July through December, Westside's Bible classes and sermons will come from Acts.
- Follow the growth and witness of the early church.
- Watch for the presence, guidance, and power of the Holy Spirit.
- Come ready to discuss how the lesson applies to faithful living today.
